Theoretical Discussion Of Zhigancao Soup Dialectical Theory Of Governance Arrhythmia And Clinical Analysis

Arrhythmia is a common complication of cardiovascular diseases and a risk factor for human health.Especially,ventricular tachycardia and ventricular fibrillation may not only exacerbate original heart diseases,but also cause cardiac sudden death which has been an important death reason in China. However, anti-arrhythmic drugs nowadays cannot effectively treat these arrhythmias, with an efficiency of only 30%-60%,which indicates that our knowledge about arrhythmias is limited. With Western anti-arrhythmia recur at the same time prone to cause a new arrhythmia. Adjust the blood of yin and yang of Chinese medicine to restore organs function may improve the outcome and shorten the course of treatment, delay recurrence and improve patient quality of life, to achieve better long-term efficacy and avoid side effects. Currently, many TCM syndrome differentiation in order to distinguish the combination of traditional Chinese medicine combined with modern pharmacological studies of anti-arrhythmic treatment of this disease. Clinical and Experimental Research found that Chinese medicine treatment of arrhythmia effect is significant, there are broad prospects for development.objective:To observe the therapeutic effect and safety of traditional Chinese medicine on arrhythmia.1.Treatment of Zhigancao decoction on Premature Ventricular Contraction (PVC)Method:The method in accordance with randomized, controlled clinical trial. Sources in all cases were selected from Xiyuan Hospital of China Academy of Traditional Cardiovascular Center of the wards of patients since March 2009～March 2010,who were diagnosed as Premature Ventricular Contraction.60 patients were divded into 2 groups at the ration of 1:1.(1)reatment group(n=30),which was given Zhigancao decoction modified.(2)control group(n=30),which was given western medicine,Beta-R blocker. Observation of the two groups around 4 weeks.. Electrocardiogram and 24 hour Holtcr examination were performed during the observation period.Results:(I) Treatment of Zhigancao decoction on tachyarrhythmia efficiency slightly higher than B-receptor blockers, but the two groups was not statistically significant, indicating that both the clinical efficacy of these two kinds of treatment was similar.(2)The treatment of Zhigancao decoction on Premature Ventricular Contraction in patients with clinical symptoms was improved efficiently than Beta-receptor blockers, and the two groups was statistically significant, indicating that the effective of Zhigancao decoction on relieve the clinical symptoms of Premature Ventricular Contraction patients is obviosely better than Beta-receptor blockers.Conclusion:(1) Zhigancao decoction is not only to cure the heart disease, but to balance the yin and yang, qi and blood through the full body condition making up the five internal organs of the virtual therapy to heart palpitate. Zhigancao decoction can also take into other organs, especially for complex cardiovascular disease patients.(2) Zhigancao decoction is superior in improving symptoms in Premature Ventricular Contraction patients, include reducing or even eliminate palpitations, chest tightness, dizziness, fatigue and other symptoms, thus reducing the psychological burden of patients, improve sleep quality and the patient quality of life indirectly.2.Treatment of Zhigancao decoction on Atrial Fibrilation (AF)Modern medicine for the treatment of AF including medication and non-drug therapy, anti-arrhythmic drug is effective, although significant there are serious side effects. In recent years, traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of atrial fibrillation has certain advantages and achieved a better clinical efficacy. The clinical application of drug therapy for patients with atria fibrillation need to vary the situation, and cardiovascular disease in patients were complex, according to new guidelines of atrial fibrillation, drug treatmen is needed to assess the application of any indications and contraindications.Hence it is not suitable to fixed clinical trail groups to observe the comparison between Zhigancao decoction and westerr medicine, so the typical cases were selected to analyse the efficacy of Zhigancao decoction on treatment of atrial fibrillation.
