Obective:During pregnancy, there is a series of physiological changes in pregnant women because of the fetal growth and development, these changes may lead to some immune and biochemical system in maternal blood. The objective of this article is to detect the immunity and biological makers'differences in different periods of pregnancy and to analyze these digital results,to discover the physiology changes in different pregnant periods ,to validate these changes may have important significances when the pregnancy diseases take place,to deduce pregnancy complications, to ensure physical and intellectual development.Methods:There were10 groups in this esperiment :8-40 weeks of the normal pregnant women(10 cases each of them )and 10 cases healthy people (defined as 0 week), detected by immunological, biochemical and blood indicators, which include the herpes simplex virus targets the immune IgG (HSV-IgG) , cytomegalovirus IgG (CMV-IgG), biochemical indicators, including alanine aminotransferase (ALT), aspartate aminotransferase (AST), total protein (TP), albumin (ALB), urea (UREA ), creatinine (CREA), cystatin C (CysC), triglyceride (TG), cholesterol (TC), low density lipoprotein (LDL), high density lipoprotein (HDL), glucose (GLU), high sensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP), then do statistical analysis of these test results.Results: In the immunity results,HSV-IgG and CMV-IgG have no significant differences in the 0-40 gestational weeks (p> 0.05). There are significant differences in the biochemical test results,including total protein, albumin, urea, creatinine, cystatin, triglycerides, cholesterol, low density lipoprotein between different gestational age (p <0.05). In these significant different test results,there is a linear relationship between different gestational age, and total protein, albumin decreased with increasing gestational age. Triglycerides, cholesterol, low density lipoprotein increased gradually with increasing gestational age. Urea, creatinine, cystatin also significant changes. And mid-pregnancy is slightly lower than the early and late pregnancy in urea, creatinine,while cystatin increases in the late pregnancy. There was no significant difference in alanine aminotransferase, aspartate aminotransferase, glucose, high density lipoprotein, high sensitivity C-reactive protein between different gestational age (p> 0.05). In those indicators, albumin have higher linear relationship with pregnant weeks than others(r=-0.838). In pregnancy on the robustness of the systems study,the logarithmic slope of albumin in liver system is -0.003, the logarithmic slope of cystatin in renal system is 0.005, while the logarithmic slope of blood triglyceride is 0.013,so blood fat has higher influence in normal pregnant.Conclusion:The immunoglobulin system is relatively stable in 0-40 pregnant weeks of normal pregnant women,but liver system,kidney system, blood fat have corresponding changes,and have higher influences in blood fat.
