| Objective:To investigate the bad effect on maternal and fetal of blood glucose control in pregnant women associated With Diabetes and clarify the significance of strengthening management with improving the pregnancy outcome. Methods: All 280 cases diagnosed with pregnant women associated with gestational diabetes are selected from the First Affiliated Hospital of Dalian Medical University from January 2006 to January 2011,dividing into two groups according to blood glucose levels during pregnancy: a group of 118 patients with poor glycemic control (A group) and a group of 162 patients with good blood glucose control (B group). Such condition as Polyhydramnios, Preeclampsia, DiabeticKetoacidosis (DKA),Infections,Stillbirths,Premature,Malformations,Hypoglycemia,Hyperbilirubinemia and Macrosomia are recorded, thus making an Retrospective Analysis of the effect on Maternal and Fetal.Results:(1)Pregnant women age, pregnant amounts between two groups, there were no significant difference (P>0.05) ,but gestational age and pre-pregnancy body mass index (BMI) between two groups, there were significant differences (P<0.05).(2) Poor glycemic control group (A group) of Polyhydramnios,Preeclampsia,DKA were significantly higher than good blood sugar control group (B group) (P<0.05);Infection and Postpartum Hemorrhage were no significant difference between two groups (P>0.05).(3)Macrosomia,Premature,Stillbirth,Hypoglycemia in poor glycemic control group (A group) were significantly higher than good blood sugar control group (B group) ,there were significant differences (P <0.05);the incidences of Malformations, Abortion, Hyperbilirubinemia,Asphyxia were no significant difference (P>0.05). (4) the percentage of good blood glucose control group (B group) relying on healthy diet, exercise therapy was higher than the poor glycemic control group (A group),there were significantly different (P <0.05).Conclusion:(1)Unsatisfactory blood glucose control during pregnancy, which lead to the higher incidence of maternal preeclampsia, polyhydramnios, and diabetic ketoacidosis than ideal blood sugar control group.(2)Unsatisfactory blood glucose control during pregnancy, which lead to the higher incidence of perinatal premature birth, stillbirth, low blood sugar, large children and hyperbilirubinemia than ideal blood sugar control group.(3)Once was the gestational diabetes diagnosed,Pregnant women should be given intervention as soon as possible.Diet and exercise interventions were the effective means for controling blood sugar. |
