Objective:①To detect the level of T lymphocyte subsets in TD chiledren's blood and investigate the Role in the pathogenesis of TD.②Assess the relationship between indicators of T cell immunity and clinical features, related psychosocial factors of TD children, and the possible pathological mechanisms.Methods:33 children with TD and 30 normal children were collected to determine the level of T lymphocyte subsets in their blood serum. The two groups were evaluated by Eysenck Personality Questionnaire(EPQ), The Screen for Child Anxiety Related Emotional Disorders(SCARED), Depression Self-rating Scale for Children(DSRSC), Family Environment Scale-Chinese Version(FES-CV) and fill up the questionaire of general conditions. Chi-square test, analysis of variance, t test were used to analyze the data of two groups. Simple linear correlation analysis was used to identify the associativity. Logistic regression analysis was used to analyze the risk factors of TD.Results:①There are statistic differences in the main dependent, education of father and mother, the incidence rate of the family history of neurologic and psychiatric diseases, and the incidence rate of mother's pregnancy and/or perinatal complication between two groups(p<0.05)。②Results of T lymphocyte subsets of two groups: The level of CD4, CD4/CD8 in TD group is significantly lower than control group(p<0.05); The level of CD3,CD8,NK in TD group is higher than than control group, but there is no statistic differences.③there are statistical significance among different isoforms and degrees(p<0.05).④Results of EPQ:The score of psychoticism and nervousness in TD group is significantly higher than control group(p<0.01);. Results of SCARED and DSRSC: TD group shows significantly higher scores than control group in somzatization/scared, generalized anxiety, separative anxiety, social phobia, total score of SCARED and DSRSC(p<0.01); Results of FES-CV: TD group has significantly lower scores in intimacy and expression of fellings, and higher scores in contradiction than control group (p<0.05,p<0.001).⑤Correlation analysis: CD3 is negatively correlated with NK, and positively correlated with CD4,CD8; CD4 is positively correlated with CD4/CD8, and negatively correlated with degree of tic; CD8 is negatively correlated with NK, CD4/CD8 and degree of tic; CD4/CD8 is negatively correlated with age, degree of tic; others without associativity.⑥Logistic regression of T cell immunity factor, CD3, CD4, CD8 are risk factors of TD.⑦Logistic regression of T cell immunity factor and related psychosocial factor: The main risk factors of TD are EPQ-P, total score of DSRSC, contradiction and education of mother;Conclusion:①Children with TD show confused cellular immune function, and the more severe disease the more confused cellular immune function.②Children with TD live in a relatively poor home environment, and have anxiety, depression and other psychological problems.③The main dependent, the education of father and mother, mother's pregnancy and/or perinatal complication history, CD4, CD4/CD8, EPQ-P, EPQ-N, EPQ-L, somzatization/scared, generalized anxiety, separative anxiety, social phobia, total score of SCARED and DSRSC, intimacy, expression of fellings, contradiction may be risk factors of TD, and EPQ-P, total score of DSRSC, contradiction, education of mother are the Significant risk factors.
