Objective: By using color Doppler ultrasound in late pregnancy fetal umbilical artery (UMA) and middle cerebral artery (MCA) for the detection of blood flow dynamics to investigate the perinatal outcome in predicting the clinical application.Methods: Select January 2009 ~ December 2009 at the First Affiliated Hospital of Dalian Medical University, the labor, delivery and in our hospital of color Doppler ultrasound examination of pregnant women in 520 cases for the study. According to perinatal outcomes were divided into poor prognosis group and the perinatal perinatal good prognosis group. The poor prognosis group of pregnant women, perinatal clinical data as the study group, good prognosis group of perinatal clinical data of pregnant women as control group. By using color Doppler ultrasound study group and control group fetuses detected color Doppler flow dynamics, to investigate the perinatal outcome in predicting the clinical application.Results:1. Study group and control group fetuses UMA and the MCA's S / D values increase with the gestational age decreased.2. Study group fetal UMA S / D was significantly higher and the MCA S / D was significantly lower than the control group, a statistically significant difference (p <0.05). 3. With MCA S / D value of the sensitivity of prediction of perinatal outcome higher than the UMA S / D, and with the UMA S / D predicted specificity of perinatal outcome higher than MCA S / D.Conclusions: 1. Color Doppler ultrasound in perinatal outcome in judging a certain value.The use of MCA-S / D is the highest sensitivity to predict fetal outcome and UMA-S / D is the highest specificity prediction of fetal outcome. 2. Combined cord blood flow and cerebral artery blood flow detected by the umbilical blood flow can make only using middle cerebral artery blood flow test to diagnose defects in fetal hypoxia, fetal distress diagnosis to reduce the false positive rate of cesarean section and the blind rate is of great significance.
