Part I Onset of acute lacunar infarction and serum lipids, Lp (a), ApoAâ… and Correlation Analysis of fibrinogenObjective Onset of acute lacunar infarction and serum lipids, Lp (a), ApoAâ… and fibrinogen relevance.Methods With acute onset patients with lacunar infarction in 61 cases, 59 cases of same sex and age-matched healthy subjects as control group, were done lipids, Lp (a), ApoAâ… and fibrinogen testing. Respectively, uric acid, triglycerides, total cholesterol, HDL-C, LDL-C, glucose, Lp (a), ApoAâ… , and fibrinogen were analyzed statistically.Results lacunar infarction group and the control group serum uric acid, blood glucose was not significant (P> 0.05), but the lacunar infarction group and the control group, the total cholesterol, HDL-C, LDL-C, ApoAâ… , fibrinogen and Lp (a ), triglyceride there was a significant difference and significant difference (P <0.01 and P <0.05).Conclusions1,positive and effective control of hypertension, blood pressure variation according to the appropriate choice of antihypertensive drugs is to prevent the occurrence of lacunar infarction in the important part.2,dyslipidemia may be risk factors of lacunar infarction, therefore, actively monitor the lipid levels, and adjust the intervention and help reduce the incidence of lacunar infarction.3,Lp (a) in the pathogenesis of lacunar infarction play an important role. 4,ApoAâ… on the prevention of the occurrence of lacunar infarction have a positive meaning.5,fibrinogen, lacunar infarction may be another risk factor, timely fibrinolytic, anticoagulant therapy in the prevention of cerebral infarction has important clinical value.Part II Lacunar infarction associated with lesions of leukoaraiosis Objective lacunar infarction in patients with white matter lesions in the pathogenesis of osteoporosis and cognitive function changes.Methods 103 patients with lacunar infarction, depending on whether associated with leukoaraiosis (LA), divided into three group of 55 patients with lacunar infarction (LI group) and 48 patients associated with leukoaraiosis (LA group). The patient's age, sex, hypertension, diabetes, coronary heart disease, hyperlipidemia, uric acid, blood glucose, blood lipids, fibrinogen and other risk factors were statistically analyzed using the Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA) to identify knowledge assessment.Results1,risk factors: age and two groups of high-density lipoprotein, fibrinogen levels were statistically significant (P <0.05).2,cognitive function: LA group the total score, visual spatial and executive function, attention and language scores significantly decreased calculated (P <0.01).Conclusions1,age, fibrinogen level for patients with lacunar infarction are independently associated with LA tips, and high density lipoprotein formation in LA to play a protective role.2,lacunar infarction with leukoaraiosis were more prone to cognitive impairment, involving visual spatial and executive function, attention to calculation, the different cognitive domains of language.
