Diagnosis Value Of Determination Of Serum HE4, Inhibina And CA125 In Patients With Ovarian Cancer

Objective: To detect the levels of serum human epididymis protein 4,InhibinA and CA125 in patients with ovarian cancer .Method:ELISA method was used to detect the levels of serum HE4,InhibinA and CA125 in ovarian cancer group, benign ovarian tumor group and the healthy control. the effects of the serum HE4,InhibinA and CA125 level in ovarian cancer group in the diagnosis of ovarian cancer were compared .Result : The serum HE4 level of ovarian cancer group wa(s133.86±127.94)pmol/L, benign ovarian tumor group was(42.67±22.77)pmol/L, the healthy control was (33.40±19.50)pmol/L; the surem InhibinA level ovarian cancer group was(177.22±114.35)ng /L, benign ovarian tumor group was(76.60±14.10)ng /L , the healthy control was (70.70±21.66)ng /L; the surem CA125 level ovarian cancer group was(750.52±1230.34)u/L, benign ovarian tumor group was(67.25±106.16)u/L , the healthy control was (17.69±6.13)u/L. Statistical analysis of serum HE4 and inhibin A numerical display: comparing ovarian cancer group,ovarian benign tumor group and normal control group, P﹤0.05, comparison is statistically significant differences, and ovarian benign tumor group compared with normal control group, P > 0.05 ,the difference was not statistically significance. Statistical analysis C125 numerical display: comparing ovarian cancer group,ovarian benign tumor group and normal control group, P﹤0.05, the difference was statistically significance, benign tumor group compared with normal control group, P﹤between 0.05, have different statistically significance. the positive detected rate were: HE470.59﹪,InhibinA66.7﹪,CA125 63.3﹪,the positive detected rate of the combination was 93.3﹪. comparing A single serum index detection with three sereums joint detection, P﹤0.05, comparison is statistically significant differences . comparing every single serum detection and every united detection , P > 0.05, This comparison have no different statistically significance.Conclusion: Through this research we found that HE4 and InhibinA can become new ovarian cancer tumour marker to detect patients with ovarian cancer .the HE4,InhibinA,CA125 serum have important significance in the diagnosis of ovarian cancer ,especially , The study showed that the combination of these three markers can raise up the positive rate of diagnose of ovarian cancer and filtration of healthy.
