Objective:Of vertebral-basilar artery insufficiency (Vertebrobasilar insufficiency, VBI) syndrome and CT angiography (CTA) and the relevant indicators of the relevance of coagulation, vertebral-basilar artery insufficiency syndrome differentiation type provide an objective basis.Method:Select vertebral-basilar artery insufficiency syndrome in 120 cases, TCM syndrome within the Tanhuo disturbance, hyperactivity, Qi and Blood, marrow less than 30 cases,30 cases of healthy control group selected the patients on CTA, Prothrombin time (prothrombin time, PT) and activated partial thromboplastin time (activated partial thromboplastin time, APTT) testing. Results:Compared with the control group, VBI patients in the PT, APTT was significantly shortened, there was significant difference (P all<0.01), four different between syndromes, PT with Qi<marrow insufficient syndrome<pyrophlegm the interference card<yin card, there was significant difference (P all<0.01), hyperactivity syndrome and Tanhuo disturbance permit in no significant difference; APTT marrow insufficient syndrome<with Qi<yin Yang Kang Tanhuo virtual cards and certificates within the disturbance, there was significant difference (P all<0.01). CTA showed that the syndrome of vertebral-basilar artery insufficiency in patients with vertebral artery diameter were significantly changed, there was significant difference (P all<0.01), four different syndromes, the Qi and blood stasis<marrow lack of permit<yin Tanhuo the disturbance permits and certificates, there are significant differences (P all<0.01), hyperactivity syndrome and the disturbance permit Tanhuo were no significant. Conclusion:Plasma PT, APTT level and CTA diagnosis and vertebral-basilar insufficiency syndromes have some relevance.
