Since the reform and opening up, China's health care market has undergone profound changes, which is from the traditional planned economy to socialist market economic system. Health care has made great progress, people's health has greatly improved, but it also has a prominent issue, "astronomical medical expenses medical" events often found in newspapers, "Poor people who suffer serious illness can not get medical servce ", These are already widely circulated in recent years, "difficult and expensive," the phenomenon has become a universal agreement, but also become the focus point.Health care costs increases rapidly, as a developing country, the uneven regional economic development, a majority of farmers and some urban residents, who are lower income. The fast growing health care costs would increase the financial burden of their families, If family member suffer a bad disease, family wealth that has been accumulated for many years will run out, or even in debt. Poverty caused by the phenomenon occurs. Health services protect everyone's health and safety, and are closely related to the vital interests of the people. So we must put emphasis on health care, which in order to meet the growing health needs of people. In this paper, through the establishment of measurement model analysis of the economic development, population aging and other factors on China's medical costs rapidly growing influence, for medical and health reform provide a reference..This paper attempts to build an econometric model approach with the use of the macro health care cost data and related theories, the impact of increased health care costs and the impact of relevant factors, mechanisms such as the introduction to the analysis of medical cost increases, it can be more clear understanding of the impact of China's health care costs growth. The main conclusions of this paper include:(1) economic growth, the number of doctors, an aging population, urbanization, technological advances and our health care costs long-run equilibrium relationship exists between. Medical costs which cause the most to the growth factor is economic growth, other statistical variables are not significant. (2) elasticity of total health spending of about 1, indicating that in our country, health care is a necessity, but also normal goods. (3) economic growth in a short period only variables significantly affect the health costs, other factors have little effect. The main innovation is that this drive past medical expenses of the factors of growth are mostly qualitative analysis, quantitative analysis of the less paper, the impact on health of the total cost multi-factor model, the use of econometric cointegration analysis and error correction model to analyze factors. Model of urbanization and the introduction of government health expenditure targets, hopes the data to reflect their impact. There are five parts:The first part, Introduction. Introduction briefly introduces the topics of theoretical and practical value, an overview of domestic and foreign scholars in the growth and control health care costs related fields of research, briefly describes the research ideas. The second part, the growth of health care status and its influencing factors, including:the growing cost of health care status; factors affecting health care cost growth theory analysis; econometric models of health care cost increases caused by factors empirical analysis. The third part, health care costs of control measures for health care services to explore demand-side control measures; health care providers on measures of control.Part IV, a comparative analysis of health care costs in developed countries control the experience, make appropriate control health care costs in China's policy recommendations.Part V, Conclusion.
