Primary liver cancer is one of the most common malignant tumor, cancer incidence highest in the world's No.6, ranking the third cause of cancer death. HCC (Hepatocellular Carcinoma, HCC) accounts for 80% of primary liver cancer to 90%, And in China has become the second largest cause of cancer, liver cancer patients die each year from the column first in the world. Liver transplantation in principle from radical tumor resection is the basis of the whole liver surgery to remove the tumor growth of the "soil", at the same time solve the problem associated with liver disease, in line with radical request. Although hepatocellular carcinoma after liver transplantation in patients with early good results, but the cause of tumor recurrence and metastasis of low long-term survival rate of severely restricted the conduct of liver transplantation. Prognosis of liver transplantation has been a research focus.A number of studies show that:tumor size, tumor number, vascular invasion, tumor histology, lymph node metastasis of tumor pathology is characterized by the prognosis of liver transplantation or possible positive factors, the development of liver transplantation indications It is also based on these prognostic factors. "Selective HCC" has been recognized as the indications of liver transplantation, currently abroad, "Milan criteria" which, the domestic order "Hangzhou criterias" based) but on "how to choose." there is still considerable differences in terms of domestic and foreign.Based on the above situation-we retrospectively analyzed 175 cases in recent years,Nanfang Hospital liver transplant cases of liver transplantation for hepatocellular carcinoma cells and the clinical value of the main factors influencing the prognosis, and to compare different screening criteria liver transplantation on the prognosis and to explore a more suitable for China's new criterias for liver transplantation. We retrospectively reviewed our hospital from May 2004 to July 2009 among 175 patients with liver transplant patients, the results of different cumulative survival time after inclusion criteria were:Milan criteria (n=33,35.164m), Hangzhou criteria (n=67,28.246m). Out of all cases,88 cases without micro-embolism, the postoperative survival time and rate are significantly longer than other criterias. Conclusion:We believe that the Hangzhou criteria is more suitable for our use, the other on the basis of this, giving priority to consolidate no micro-embolism, will significantly increase the overall survival rate after surgery.
