Statistical analysis of data applications SPSS13.0software package.[Results](一)1,The number of surgical treatment of thyroid disease between2006and2010was increasing year by year since2008, more than a hundred people each year than the previous year, the average increase rate was of29.73%.2,The incidence of thyroid disease in women was significantly higher than in man, the male to female ratio is1:5.02.3, First Affiliated Hospital of Kunming Medical, surgical treatment of thyroid disease in the five years the highest incidence of nodular goiter, accounting for60.36%; followed by thyroid cancer, accounting for22.59%; again adenomas, accounting for14.06%. Nodular goiter and thyroid cancer incidence rate was gradually increased trend of the incidence of thyroid adenoma show a downward trend, another incidence of thyroiditis (Hashimoto's disease) has been rising.(二)1, the total number of patients admitted by the statistics for2346cases, follow-up success for1851, with a total follow-up success rate of78.90%.2,Follow-up results, malignant thyroid disease patients were followed up to497people, accounting for26.85%of the number of follow-up success, the1354follow-up of patients with benign disease, the total number of follow-up success of73.15.3, Five years, with the subsequent passage of time after the surgery, patients prescribed the medication decreased.4, Patients endocrine therapy-related (?)tors as follows:Pathological findings (disease of benign and malignant), surgical removal of the way, age, educational level, place of residence (urban and rural). The patient denied the relevant factors:1) that still remain after the thyroid tissue, without the need lifelong medication.2) after surgery due to busy work life and forget to take medicine, several times forget that sleep itself no obvious symptoms rather than medication.3) patients with thyroid understand the almost zero, only that the postoperative doctors to prescription drugs (L-T4), simply hold the month, without the need for lifelong medication.4), postoperative been without medication (non-specialist's point of view) perspectiv5) considered that thyroid hormone is a glucocorticoid, the more obvious dangers of long-term medication and refused medicatione.[Conclusion]1, No significant changes are in the composition of thyroid disease in the past five years. The incidence of women is higher than men,and gradually increased the ratio of male to female proportion of1:5.02, goiter and thyroid cancer, thyroid adenoma has steadily declined, and the ratio of thyroiditis share has been rising.2, Thyroid disease after the patient's prescribed medication rates over time continue to decrease within five years.3, The results of the patient's pathology, surgical, educational level, place of residence and gender, age and other factors affect the prescribed medication change of patients after treatment concept of thyroid disease and patients with thyroid disease and postoperative cognitive drugs can also lead to postoperative different prescribed medication.
