Objective: Coronary heart disease (CHD), also called coronary arterydisease, is a condition in which plaque builds up inside the coronary arteries.coronary artery disease (CAD) is the most common type of heart disease. It isthe leading cause of death in the china in both men and women. mostindividuals with coronary artery disease show no evidence of disease fordecades as the disease progresses before the first onset of symptoms. TheSYNTAX score has been developed for this study to prospectively.characterise the coronary vasculature with respect to the number of lesions andtheir functional impact, location, and complexity. Higher SYNTAX scores, indicative of more complex disease are hypothesized to represent a biggertherapeutic challenge and to have potentially worse prognosis. The purpose of this study is to analysis Common types of coronary heartdisease risk factors which may play different roles in patients first treated bycoronary angiography in different groups of syntax score, the lesioncharacteristics in different groups, and the effect of interventional treatment, inorder to guide prevention and treatment in practices.Methods:1Admission rules:334cases of coronary artery disease were followingselected from Affiliated hospital of Medical Collage of Chinese People'sArmed Police Force of tianjin. All patients were the first performed byCoronary angiography and were treated with Stent implantation.2All matched patients were divide into threegroups(mild, moderate, severe). Every patient was evaluated by SYNTAXscore, and the Major risk factor (smoking, Family history of CAD,hypertention, Diabetes, dislipidemia),course of disease, pain,ECG,coronarylesions, vertricular end-diastolic diameter, left vertricular ejection fraction were recorded. Heart was checked by the heart Doppler ultrasound againafter3months to6months.3The result of data were analyzed with SPSS19. The result of major riskfactor were analyzed with ordinal Logistic Regression analysis, the result ofcoronary lesions were analyzed withANOVA and partitions of χ2method, theresult of vertricular end-diastolic diameter and Ejection fraction were analyzedwith SNK method.difference of p<0.05were considered significant.Result:1The result of major risk factor smoking, hypertention and Diabetessignificant make syntaxscore increase.2The incidence of pain was no significant difference in threegroups.Compared with the moderate group and severe group, the incidence ofpreoperative electrocardiogram pathological Q wave was statisticallysignificant difference in mild group.3Coronary artery disease mild, moderate, severe groups are statisticallysignificant difference: severe group with higher numbers of coronary lesionmore often involve the left main stem disease, type C lesions and occlusivelesions.4Ventricular diameter and left vertricular ejection fraction compared tothe mild and moderate group, the vertricular end-diastolic diameter and leftvertricular ejection fraction in severe group have statistically significantdifferencesConclusion:In patients first underwent coronary angiography, smoking, hypertensionand diabetes were significantly to increase syntax score, lesion numbers,type-Clesions,left main stem disease and chronic total occlusion. lesions in eachsegment are significantly different.Compared to mild and moderate groups, the vertricular end-diastolic diameter increase in severe group; compared tomild and moderate groups, the left vertricular ejection fraction decreasedin severe group.Interventional treatment partially reversed left ventricularremodeling and can improve cardiac ejection function.
