Research Of Nursing Staff Cognition Condition Of Nursing Safety Influencing Factor

Objective: The purpose of this study was investigated the cognitioncondition of nursing safety influence by working nurses who work in threelevel of first-class general hospital Hebei province, to analyze the currentsituation of nursing safety management and existing problems.Methods:1Participants Using cluster of convenience sampling method, therespondents are959nurses in the three level of first-class general hospitalHebei province from April2011to August2011.2Research tools Using questionnaire of nursing safety influencing factor,this questionnaire design by9nursing experts and audit revision by1manufacture expert. There are4dimensionalities in questionnaire,①qualityof nurse and ability②i nternal environment of nursing③clinical workplace④organizational management. Scoring using Linkert5, evaluation indicatorwill be split into5levels, each level given score, very important:5, important:4, common:3, less important:2, unimportant:1.3Statistical methods All of data using SPSS17.0statistical softwareanalysis, X±Sstatistical description of the measurement data, enumerationdata describe by constituent ratio; measurement data analyze by One-wayANOVA, multiple comparison use SNK (α=0.05standards) statistic analysis.Results:1Questionnaire Select working nurses and nursing students in the threelevel of first-class general hospital Hebei Province of conducted aquestionnaire survey.970questionnaires to working nurses, A hospital620questionnaires,614questionnaires take back, recovery rate99%, effective rate99%; B hospital350questionnaires,345questionnaires take back, recoveryrate98.6%, effective rate98.6%. 2Questionnaire test reliability and validity: In this study, the reliabilitytest using the internal consistency test, the Cronbach's α coefficient forreliability analysis, the Cronbach's α coefficient is0.899, Consistencyreliability is better.3Four dimensionalities of nursing safety influence factor standarddeviation and mean: Four dimensionalities of nursing safety influence factortake score from highest to lowest in turn: working nurses: quality of nurse andability (4.560.55),organizational management (4.410.59), internalenvironment of nursing (4.390.67), clinical workplace (4.340.64).4Different age working nurses' ANOVA was statistically significant,further analysis of various age groups of the service nurses on the workenvironment score difference was statistically significant (P<0.05), there areno difference with other factors and nursing work environment. Nursing workenvironment of SNK multiple comparison age group, age20-29and age≥50,age30-39and age≥50nursing safety influence factor the difference wassignificant (P<0.05).5Different section office of working nurses' ANOVA was statisticallysignificant, further analysis of various sections of the service nurses on thework environment score difference was statistically significant (P<0.05), thereare no difference with other factors and clinical work environment. Clinicalenvironment SNK multiple comparison Internal medicine and Pediatrics;Gynecology and Emergency treatment for nursing safety influence factor thedifference was significant (P<0.05).Conclusions:1In this study, according to the cognition condition of nursing safetyinfluence by working nurses who work in three level of first-class generalhospital Hebei province, reveal they have high level cognition condition ofnursing safety influence factors, working nurses the work in this hospital, takenote of the importance of each of points of nursing safety influence factors.2Create a good, safe nursing environment to patient, not only strengthentraining to continuously improve the quality and capabilities of nurses, strengthen the organization and management, improve the rules andregulations outside, but also need to internal environment of great importanceto nursing work and clinical work environment.3Working Nurses grow older, their work experience knowledge andnursing safety awareness increased, therefore nursing safety awareness and thegrowth of the nurses' age is positive correlation, directly related to thecomplexity of the clinical work environment and sections of the work ofnature.
