Clinical Research Of Applied Topically With Traditional Chinese Drugs In Treating Knee Osteoarthritis (Pattern Of Stasis Obstructing Sinew)

Purpose:This research observes the clinical curative effect of the applied topically with traditional chinese drugs in order to treat knee osteoarthritis(pattern of stasis obstructing sinew), to further discuss and recognize the knee osteoarthritis pathology mechanism and the function mechanism of applied topically with traditional chinese drugs.Method:70patients of knee osteoarthritis were randomly divided into two groups (treatment group&control group). We applied the applied topically with traditional chinese drugs to treat in treatment group,35patients in control group were treated by Piroxicam Patches. The author systematically observed pplied topically with traditional chinese drugs sinfluence on the patients' total symptom scores and the improve of condition.Result:The clinical observation results indicated:the treatment group showed that the controls obviously rate was51.43%; the total effectiveness was82.86%. The control group showed the controls obviously rate as34.29%; the total effectiveness as71.43%. The clinical controls obviously rate and comparative total effectiveness of the two groups had significant differences (P<0.05). It showed treatment group results surpassed the control group in the efficacy of the medicines used.Conclusion:The applied topically with traditional chinese drugs is effective on treating knee osteoarthritis, and worth popularizing and recipe is effective on applying on clinic.
