| Objective:To observe the hyperlipidemia induced inflammatory factors of type DebakeyI aortic dissection after total arch replacement stented elephant trunk implantation after dissection false lumen closure effects.Methods:43patients with Debakey type I aortic dissection underwent total arch replacement trunk stenting treatment, according to the serum lipid level in hyperlipidemia group was divided into31cases, normal blood lipids group in12cases, and the establishment of20cases in the control group, serum specimens, using a radioimmunoassay method for the determination of IL-6, CRP by rate nephelometry the level of concentration.31patients with hyperlipidemia aortic dissection patients, postoperative use of statins, fibrates and nicotinic acid and other drugs for reducing blood lipid. After18months of treatment in13cases of normal blood lipid (A group),18patients with lipid control not good (B group). Comparison of two groups of the false lumen closure. Another two groups of patients with peripheral blood, serum separation, using a radioimmunoassay method for the detection of IL-6, by rate nephelometry determination of CRP.Results:Lipid control good group IL-6levels (6.3±2.7)ng/L,(CRP5.6±2.4) mg/L, blood serum IL-6level in patients with poor control group for the levels (15.4±3.7)ng/L, CRP levels (15.2±4.3)mg/L, two groups of patients with serum IL-6, CRP there are significant differences(P<0.05).After18months of lipid control group of11cases (84.62%), lipid poor control group of12cases (66.67%) false lumen closure, two groups of the false lumen closure rate there was a significant difference (P<0.05).Conclusion:Type Debakeyl aortic dissection after total arch replacement elephant trunk stent-graft implantation after lipid-lowering treatment, and normal blood lipid group than the lipid control not good false lumen closure rate was high, and its mechanism may be related to lipid-lowering therapy reduces the inflammatory response was related to the level of patients with. |
