Objectives:This topic is that use the self-made osteotomy instruments with the minimally invasive incision with the Llizarov technique by the external fixation to creat the12Japanese rabbit femoral fracture model. it began to side regulation postoperative3days and tracting1mm every day,, completed in3times.it execute the4animal animal after4weeks,6weeks,8week respectively. take the X-ray photograph to observe the angle the fracture region and the circumstance of bonycallus formation.take the gross observation and histological detection. In order to to explore a method that the min-invasive incision with the Ilizarov technique by the external fixation to correct the deformity of bone and joint in theory.Material and MethodsChoose age12Japanese rabbits, regardless of sex, take refined grain cage,and free drinking water to feed them, weight is2.3~2.8KG and the mean2.5KG. Establishment of minimally invasive femoral osteotomy combined with slow tracting to correct the animal models bone form;, and in4weeks after operation,6weeks,8weeks to excute4animal respectively,and take the X-ray observation, the gross observation and the histological detectionResults:。1. animal in general, inthe first postoperative days, theanimalhaveless activitiesanddi et, it recoverthe normal activity and dietafter2days. the operation incisionappear sl ightly swollen, a small amount of bleeding after3days, themnothavesigns of infectio n.andnothave specimento loss..2.inthe X ray observation of fracture healing, through theX ray photographcan be see n, thatthefracture regionangle aregradually increasedafter4weeks,6weeks, atthe8we eks, to8weeks of a fracture end angle reachabout30degrees, atthe4weeks to see the bone fracture regionwas the proliferation of soft tissue augmentation, broken ends a f ew visiblebonycallus formation, bonecortical is not continuous, at sixth weeks, bonec ortical underlying continuous, medullary cavity does not pass,Ithave a lot of bonycal lustoformaroundthefracture region. At eighth weeks, see contiguous bonecortical, m edullary cavity has been largely through,and the fracture line is blurred.3. Histological observation for the fracture healing stage changes in cell morphology, at4weeks, bone cells and fusiform bone callus formation. Membrane area and region of fibrous tissue within the bone like tissue generation, fracture broken end of fibrous callus formation, visible piece of cartilage tissue, fibrous tissue proliferation and a large number of trabecular bone formation. At6weeks the fracture end section of mother cells produce new bone formation, woven one, bony callus gradually replaced by fibrous callus. At8weeks of reticulated bone growth is good, large number of lamellar bone formation, bone fracture end portion visible fracture has been relatively mature lamellar bone substitute, and the direction of the long axis aligned along the bone; fracture; fracture is visible parts have been relatively mature lamellar bone and trabecular arrangement tends to be orderly, lamellar bone formation has been good, close to the normal cortical bone.Conclusion:1.It is confirmed right that make the minimally invasive incision with the Llizarov technique to correct the deformity of bone and joint, which proves that it to correct the deformity of bone and joint is feasibility.it can to reduce the pain of patients in operation,and the postoperative wound and the destruction of thefracture region,meanwhile.it is more benefit for the early post-operation activities.2. We are do this operatation by use our self-made instruments that minimally invasive incision with the Llizarov technology to correct the deformity of bone and joint.it is the improvement and Innovation for this technology, Proved to be a safe and effective operation method. In our experiment to use self-made instruments on rabbit femoral osteotomy of minimally invasive osteotomy with Llizarov technology, through the X-ray observation and the histopathological observation, it all obtained satisfactory results, we use the self-made instruments to correct the deformities of the patients in the clinical also get good results It is a improvement of in Llizarov technology in Orthopaedic operation. And it is proved that it is a practical and feasible mothod in Orthopaedic operation and this method in orthopedic surgical field is worth popularizing..
