Objective:In this research, set Digeda-4decoction and its pair drugs as example drugs, through acute liver injured model rats blood serum chemical index, indicate changes of chemical compositions in pathological animal models', revealed the drug formulation law of Digeda-4, investigate interrelation of combination change and chemical compound of Digeda-4. Provide experimental basis for the further development of Digeda-4.Method:To split the formula, the Mongolian Medicine Digeda-4decoction was recomposed as monarch drug+minion drug (Lomatogonium carinthiacum+Picrorhiza scrophulariiflora), monarch drug+adjuvant drug (Lomatogonium carinthiacum+Gardenia), monarch drug+conductant drug (Lomatogonium carinthiacum+Dianthus), then administered orally to acute liver injured rats. Use the HPLC to detect the changes of swertia punicea, picroside II, general flavon, jasminoidin from blood serum of rats, and record the in vivo pharmacokinetic parameters of acute liver injury rat model.Conclusion:â‘ This research indicate HPLC method was appropriate to pharmacokinetic research on swertia punicea, picroside II, general flavon, jasminoidin in blood serum.â‘¡In this study, the experimental dosage was closer to clinical dosage, and because of using of acute liver injury rat model, the result was more closer to clinical therapy.â‘¢This blood serum pharmacokinetic research indicate, Digeda-4decoction composed by Lomatogonium carinthiacum, Gardenia, Picrorhiza scrophulariiflora and Dianthus shows scientific rationality.
