Study On The Construction Of Appropriate Health Technology Information Resources In Zhejiang Province

The development strategic of New Healthcare Reform proposes that disease control and prevention moving forward, focus moving down, under the direction of the Strategic, Appropriate Health Technology rolled across the country. Construction of Appropriate health technology information resources is the very important case of appropriate technology transfer and spread, so researching appropriate health technology information resource construction has great practical significance.Zhejiang Province has some superiority on information resource construction, such as appropriate health technology career started early, good basis of informatization, so to check the construction of the appropriate health technology information resources, find and analysis the existing problems, proposing countermeasures is one very important work, not only suitable for Zhejiang, but also for the development of the national health of appropriate technical information.This article uses literature review, specific case studies, questionnaires, field interviews methods. The article is divided into four parts.First part introduces the formation of research, expansion method and the theoretical basis of the research topics. The first chapter shows these contents, such as background of the subject, the objects of study, objectives, contents and methods. The second chapter summarizes the definition of information resource, the content of health information resources, and finally described appropriate health technology information resources which focus on concept, classification and construction of appropriate health technology information.Second part is typical case-analysis section. Analysis the website of Zhejiang Application and Promotion Appropriate Techniques of Health, summarizes the main achievements and shortcomings of resources construction.The third part is questionnaire survey and interviews. Beginning with analyze of users'awareness, demand and using of technical information, we got the result that information resource authority is good; meeting and network are the most popular forms, lacking of information exchange is the main problems that currently exist; the motivation of using information is high intensity,the utilization of information resources should be improved; users have greater demand in appropriate technology information and network carrier and so on.The fourth part bases on empirical findings proposed six proposals, they are improving the policy system, strengthen personnel training, integrating and developing information resources, expanding communication channels, establishing evaluation system, establishing standard of information resources. Provide some references for the development of Zhejiang's appropriate techniques of health information resources construction.
