The Anasysis Of Management Control System Of A Hospital

Facing external environmental pressure as well as medical profession increasingly fierce competition, many chiefs started to vigorously promote management.They pursued the benefit from management. An effective management control system is necessary for successful management.With an effective management control system, a chief can make the correct strategic plan, actively control daily medical service activity, and fully achieve the organization goal by using hospital resources.This article analyzed the hospital management control system through fundamental research and case study, and studied how to further consummate the design and implementation of the hospital management control system.First section of this article revolved the theory frame of management control system,and introduced the basic concept, environment, the place which needs to pay attention to,and the influence of hospital particularity. Then this article introduced the basic concept and the general principle of performance appraisal and reward management.Second section introduced the evolution history, the development present situation and organizational structure of A hospital, and emphasised the management control concrete process: from goal establishment to performance appraisal,last to reward management. The management of aiming at the A hospital controlled existent many problems in the system, this article analyzed the basic reason of problem creation.Last section proposed how to further consummate the improvement measure of the hospital management control system, and made the forecast in the hospital application.
