According to symptoms and self report of patients. OCD(Obsessive-Compuisive Disorder) i regarded as a attention disorder, its primary represention are false distribution of cognitive resourse and difficulty of attention switching. Attention switching reflects a cognitive process that to control and compete the same cognitive resourse switch between two or more tasks mutually. Judging from clinical symptoms. OCD patients display obvious attention switching disorder in symptoms, which primarily shows can't switching attention out of things that associate with symptoms. lt's much more likely because lack of effective cognitive contral or regulation, but there is still not the empirical research of relationship between cognitve contral and attention switching. This study was inspired by metacognition theoretical model of Nelson and based on existing research of attenion switching and metacognition of OCD patients, to investigate the state and relationship of two cognitive process that locate two levels of OCD paitents.Experiment one used a facilitative paradigm of Cued-Switching Task, through collected the more pure switching cost to investigate the defect of OCD patients' attention switching, recorded the ERPs(Event -Related Potentials) simultaneously, and analyse N2 and P3: Experiment two used Key Strike task which is a effective paradigm to evaluate on-line metacogintive regualtion, combined the difference Differences Wave that between detection point and non-detection point to compare the on-line metacogintive regualtion between OCD patients and control paticipants. And then, synthesizing the data of two experiments to make correlative and regressive analysis between attention switching and on-line metacogintive regualtion, then combined metacognitive model to discuss.Research results:1) OCD participants" precision rate on Cue-Switching Task are lower than control particiapnts" significantly, and reaction time is longer than the controls, but the difference is not notble. On N2. OCD participants" amplitude are bigger than the controls' signififantly, but there is no notble difference between group on P3.2) OCD participants' RCR(Relative Change Ratio) are smaller than control participants' significantly. On Differences Wave, OCD participants" amplitude is bigger than the controls'in 0-200ms and 200-400ms. but no notable differences in 400-600ms and 600-800ms.3) Existing the notable regressive effect between on-line metacogintive regualtion and attention switching, the former can effectively to forecast the latter. All of those statistical results show:OCD patients extist notable attention switching and on-line metacogintive regualtion defects simultaneously. Also explain influence between cognitions on different levels, and the insufficient on-line metacogintive regualtion is one reason that leads to attention switching defect of OCD patients. The research results could provide necessary guidances for clinical research of pathology and therapeutics of OCD.
