Since the Holocene, the environmental evolution is closely linked to the existence and development of human civilization. So it is significant for coordinating the human-earth relationship to research the mutual law and mechanism between them theoretically and practically. The prehistoric times since the Holocene is the basis and difficulties of the research on the Holocene environmental evolution. In this paper, by the AMS14C dating and relative dating methods, on the basis of establishing the reliable precipation chronosequance, make the sporo-pollo analysis of the 49 samples within 5m depth of west Jianhugang profile. Combining with comprehensive comparison to previous studies, reconstruct palaeoenvironmental evolution and the coastline changing features in the east of Jianghuai from Holocene. Meanwhile, through the statistical analysis of spatial and temporal distribution in ancient ruins, obtain the complete vicissitudes information of the ancient culture in the Neolithic. Explore the relationship between ancient culture evolution and environment development. Analysis the spatial and temporal distribution in eastern Jianghuai archaeological sites. From the viewpoint of geography, archeology, history, etc, rearch the relationship among the birth of human civilization, Delta landscape evolution, sand dike formation and shoreline change since the Neolithic Age. The evolution of the environment has a vital role in the ancient local ancestors cultural activities. Many researchers have started stratigraphic section study in the eastern region of Jianghuai and made abundant achievements. With the typical west profile of JianGangxi sporo-pollen analysis and archaeological research, we got the following conclusions:1) since the Holocene, eastern part of Jianghuai has experienced shallow peat bog-muddy beach-agoon Bay-lagoon-coastal lowland environment.2) In mid-Holocene, with the influence of the global warm climate, Yangtze River, Huaihe River, and and the sea-level change, on the east part of Jianghuai about 7000aB.P., the land expansion eastward, many sand dike and the ancient lagoon development, finally formed lower Lixiahe area. The moderate water and air environment breeds a large number of aquatic animals, plants and large mammals and provide a suitable place to live and food resources for ancient ancestors. In the end of Yueshi culture(3450aB.P.), the climate became dry, long-term salt marsh environment existed in the eastern part of Jianghuai and tide waves caused flooding,so that many ancestors migrated and Ancient culture broke down.3) The Neolithic Culture developed in the warm Holocene, but it does not mean culture prosperity. Due to the special geographical position and the morphological evolution features of the estuary delta in the east region of Jianghuai, the warm term was affected by high sea level and natural disasters, so that the environment is not fit for human habitation, and the development of ancient culture was subjectd to certain constraints. Climate, sea level change and delta areas are the three important factors affecting the ebb and flow of Neolithic cultures directly. Environmental evolution and sea-level change had obvious drive effect on the ebb and flow on prehistoric cultures in the Jianghuai eastern part.
