Crosstalk is the ancient and modern treasures of the Chinese nation, which is a concentrated expression of local humor culture. However, crosstalk did not receive attention in along period of time after it existed. Thus the materials about the art is few. The scholars who study crosstalk history are even fewer. Therefore the crosstalk history can be traced for a long time, however, the history can be traced is short. Most production did not make a more clear explanation for the exist of the crosstalk. In this paper, we make the history as the main line to tease out the historical context of humorous culture, which leads to the form of crosstalk. And we further analyzer a variety of factors which contribute to the exist of crosstalk. We also explore the inheritance between the text of crosstalk and the traditional literary.The thesis can be divided into three chapters.The first chapter makes the history as the clue. It seems from the horizontal, because of the thought and culture of each dynasty, the different cultural manifestations of humor is also great deal of diversity. It seems from the vertical, these forms of humor reflected in the gradual in-depth nature of the people Xihao entertainment, but also gradually ladder from fantasy to real-life. The second chapter complicated the biographical information of the originators and theirs arts and make description about the changes of venue, And to explore the causes of crosstalk of the opera. The reason is divided into two types of external and internal. The third chapter discusses a variety of comic forms of text on the inheritance of ancient literature. the conclusion is that the crosstalk embodies the comic's humor culture for thousands of years. Crosstalk exists in the late of Qing Dynasty. It is development and progress relies on the traditional literature.
