Sino-Japanese War period was very important for Zhang Aiping. As the major general in the N4A and the important leader keeping resistance against Japanese behind enemy lines in the centre of china. As the New Fourth Army major generals and adhere to the important leaders of the central war behind enemy lines, Zhang Aiping, Jiangsu and Zhejiang Provincial CPC Central Military Commission, has served as secretary of Provincial Party Secretary Yu-wan, the Eighth Route Army, Wuhan Office senior staff, the Eighth Route and New Fourth Army, the Office of the Director of northeast Anhui,6 New Fourth Army Corps Detachment 4th Corps and Chairman of Political Committee, the Eighth Route Army Detachment 5 commander of column 3. South Anhui Incident, column 5 the Eighth Route Army adapted for the New Fourth Army 3rd Division,9th Brigade,3 Shifushichang and Jiangsu Military Region Deputy Commander, appointed in September 1944 the New Fourth Army Division and Chairman of the 4th Division commander of military Huaibei. Zhang Aiping conscientiously implement the Party Central Committee's Anti policy and strategy of war behind enemy lines to obtain the final victory of central China has made tremendous contributions.The paper will discuss Comrade Zhang Aiping's main contribution in the war of resistance against Japanese and there are four aspects. First, after the war broke out, Zhang Aiping appointed by Mao Zedong, went to Shanghai to Jiangsu and Zhejiang Provincial Committee of CPC Central Military Commission and secretary, organizing anti-Japanese activities in Nanjing area, showing the excellent work skills. Second, Zhang Aiping adhere to the principle of independence and the "development of progressive forces, win over the middle forces and isolate the stubborn forces" of the anti-Japanese national united front of the strategic direction and ensure the correct orientation of the anti-Japanese national united front; proper coordination of all classes, all levels of interest, mobilize all forces to actively resist the Japanese. Third, Zhang Aiping further mobilize the masses, through the clutter and have gone through difficult hardships, has been involved in anti-Japanese base areas open Yuwan Su, Wan Northeast Anti-Japanese Base Areas, the anti-Japanese base areas in northern Jiangsu, and the command team defeated the Japanese and puppet troops of the repeated raids and Kuomintang diehards attack, consolidation and development of the North Jiangsu and Huaibei base for the victory of the war immortal feats. Fourth, Zhang Aiping personally led operations inside repeatedly smashed the Kuomintang diehards friction and Puppet Army "mop", consolidated the anti-Japanese base areas; meet the time to strengthen party building in the anti-Japanese base areas, political power, economic construction and cultural construction, Japanese behind enemy lines, the consolidation of central government, improving the lives of people made important contributions.
