Harry Potter was written in the twenty-first century; and its magic theme is loved by the public. Since then, more and more magic literary works were created. This modern magic realism is influenced by cultural globalization movement, and covers the whole world. Once created, it is well-loved. It creates an intentional world by its unique creative technique, which makes the existence of Utopia possible. Creation of the magic world is different from the real world. The society where nature lives together with low-carbon, animism is highly civilized, which solve problems the highly developed real world can not be resolved. Magic world is non-conclusive for all; especially the construction of the double world leaves the thinking space to audiences to have fantasy. Readers get rid of the pain of materialism and distorted humanity in the real world and find a return to nature and full freedom when reading. Similarly, literary works are somewhat reasonable at the time of a bit unreasonable. Absurd, lonely, disgust, anxiety...the basic experiences these existentialists summed up reflected on the characters in magic works. However, any kind of the existence of things have alternative. That's to say, modern magic works have their own limitations. It was born in the cultural industry, and loved by the public as a recreational thing. It cannot enter into the elite culture, and cannot withstand rational scrutiny, only can experience by non-rational thinking. This is just the condition of creating aesthetic-non purposeful of purposeful aesthetic. This paper analyses its reasons as best seller according to the historical background of modern society and human condition. In addition to the background just to the times, its aesthetic connotations also meet the aesthetic needs of the public. The author analyses distance and gameplay modern magic works must follow and points out its times limitations.
