During the accumulation of history and the civilization of human beings, the folk culture as a simple and rich spiritual wealth, has been existing and inherited. It is the endless source of power for the needs of the people and their corresponding collective artistic process, and therefore, it is the objective value in reality and cultural meaning of the metaphysical that achieve the existence of folk culture and the importance of research. The creative ideas and works style of Zhao Shuli's put a position in the folk which based on the pursuit of nationalization and popularity. His works have reached a friendly effect and have been the far-reaching meaning and implication, no matter what his attention is, that attention attracted to the rural community and villagers, or his show of the morals, customs, or folk art form used in works. In Zhao Shuli's works, the folk culture has not only the traditional inheritance, but the discard and flexibility as well. Meanwhile, it arranges well between the civil and the main current of popular culture. All these develop the evident art uniqueness.This article is to explain novel creation from the perspective of folk culture by mining the folk cultural factors in works and by trying to give a fresh perspective to reflect Zhao Shuli's. The first chapter introduces the folk culture and the novel creation. At first it will give the modern interpretation to folk culture, and reveals the characteristics of folk culture ,and then concludes the standpoint of " Folk Culture " in the novels of Zhao Shuli. The next chapter------chapter two will illustrate the concrete folk culture in several aspects of folk culture such as the profiling characters, folk story-telling style of the narrative structure, the content model of folk tales, folk speaking language of the novel, etc. The third chapter reveals the unique nature of the novel in the civil narrations by collecting the conscious folk moral traditions , and it arises people to think by the way of the folk art forms. But it shows the uniqueness, yet does not mention the "chastity".
