Based on the theory of second acquisition, this thesis tries to bring forward the situation of learning Chinese in the un-target language environment and consider teaching foreign language as one part of second language acquisition. So Teaching Chinese in Thailand also belongs to the second language acquisition. The theory of second language acquisition also fits to the situation of the un-target language environment, but the effect of learning between the target environment and the un-target environment is obviously different.This thesis has analyzed and inquired into the problem of the second language acquisition in the un-target language environment. The problems mainly focus on the three parts: teaching material, teaching, learning. The reason to some extent is the un-target language environment.In order to overcome these above problems, this thesis relied on the Behaviorist learning theory, the Cognitive learning theory and the Constructivism learning theory, and fully used the function of the environment element in the stimulus response and the advantages of reception learning and discovery learning, applied to the strategy of the situated instruction, integrity schema, cooperate-compete learning, to solve these problems. The aim of this thesis is that showing the situation of the second language acquisition to attract the attention of then volunteers to focus on the problems of the un-target language environment and promote the development of themselves and the Chinese teaching.
