Recent years, Oppositional Defiant Disorder usually find in school-age children,have gradually become the most serious problem that affect children's mental health. The research of Oppositional Defiant Disorder was always as accompanying symptoms of Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder at the first place.The research based social information-processing theory that come up by Dodge. We use the disruptive behavior disorder parent rating scale as a screening tool, get 67 subjects to participate the experiments from two primary schools in Wuhan. We select 33 Oppositional Defiant Disorder symptoms children as experimental group, 34 normal children as control group. We design two experiments to explore the characteristics about social information-processing of Oppositional Defiant Disorder children. The emphasis of this paper is that we present our subjects three kinds of conflict scenarios with different intents– benign, ambiguous and hostile. We find significant differences on hostile attributions and Social Problem Solution between the experimental group and control group.The results show that: When the intents are benign or ambiguous, experimental group participants perform stronger hostile attribution than the control group. In the preference test, they perform less preference to the individuals who made conflicts than the control group. And experimental group are more likely to choose negative problem-solving style, like being hostile, antagonism, or enmity. |
