Former research about the features of the talking in WeiJin dynasty and the argumentative articles have been done enough. This essay mainly attempts to criticize shortages of former investigations and discuss the relationships among the ZiShu , talking and Oral literature. However, apart from discussing the characteristics of the argumentative articles , this essay also mentions the argumentative prose in a macro perspective, which is a brand new angle and totally different from previous discussion.WeiJin dynasty is a crucial'metaphysical'time period in our history. Also ,the ZiShu flourished at this time. The first part of this essay mainly discussed that the popular tlaking has a serious impact in the process of replacing Confucianism by ZiShu thought. In addition, in this part, the author believes that the erudition is an important criteria of criticizing the level of talking. And the reason of evolution ZiShu in WeiJin and Qiin dynasty is also discussed in this part.The second part of this essay puts emphasis on discussing the relationship between oral literature and talking. It also states that the different atmosphere of the talking. in Double-Jin dynasty has a serious effect on the development of the Oral literature. Besides, some elements like words, sound or behavior in the talking activities are considered as crucial factors in the later development of Oral literature in the context.The features of the argumentative prose is the main discussion in the third part of this essay,which, in author's point of view, is a different pattern compared to creating the poem. What's more, the the argumentative prose, as a type of prose, was experiencing a process of the parallel. In the final part, the author stated that the living conditions of the argumentative articles, another type of the argumentative prose which possesses strong arguments, is the most popular literary form at that time.
