Teachers are a special occupational groups who exert a specific influence on the students'mind and body to train them to become the talents the society needs, which requires that teachers must have high moral character and high cultural quality. The job of the teachers-to-be who will graduate from the kindergaten teachers training school is to develop children's good quality and healthy personality. Like a piece of paper, children are educated by kindergarten teachers, who are the first teachers except parents. The teachers' words and deeds have a far-reaching impact on the young children, so kindergarten teachers should have higher cultural comprehensive literacy.At present, affected by the one-sided understanding of "employment-oriented" goals of vocational education, some preschool teachers training schools focus on imparting knowledge of the language and ignore the rich cultural factors in Chinese teaching. To solve the problem of lacking humanity in reading instruction, this paper, starting from the particularity of preschool teachers training, discussed how to improve the humanistic qualities of the students in preschool teachers training schools, and proposed the reading strategies penetrated the human spirit in the language teaching.The paper consists of five parts:ChapterⅠ:First, the study introduced the origins, meanings, ideas and methods, and then identified the humanities and the human spirit, instrumental and humanity, preschool teachers training, and finally straightened out and summed up the tradition of penetrating humanities in the education of Chinese literature, current language education of the humanities in various counties and the controversy of instrumental and humanity of modern Chinese education.ChapterⅡ:Through the survey of the current situations and problems of reading instruction in Ningxia preschool teachers training school, this chapter analyzed the reasons of lacking humanities to provide a realistic basis and practical starting point for implementation principles and coping strategies which will be put forward later.ChaperⅢ:To solve the problems in reading instruction, this chapter proposed principle of penetration of the human spirit, to to establish the basic direction and principles for making specific coping strategies.ChaperⅣ:Taking the teaching cases accumulated in long-term teaching by the writer as ChaperⅣ:Taking the teaching cases accumulated in long-term teaching by the writer as the basic material, this chapter proposed the specific implementation strategies to strengthen humanity in reading instruction.ChapterⅤ:The process of this study and the conclusions were summarized, and future research directions were discussed.
