Alice Walker is one of the most influential contemporary African-American writer, and she is also the most controversial writer, known as"the apologist and spoken for black women". As a representative figure of black feminism criticism in America, she made a huge contribution for black feminism criticism theory's construction. She founded the distinguished feminist"Feminism"theory which was not only enriched the connotation of black feminist criticism, but also penetrated the theory in her literary creation. The double marginality of racial oppression and sex discrimination caused Walker marginal status, and caused her works showing unique esthetics style. She shows concern for the fate of black women and the ultimate concern of all mankind problems, to pursuit the wholeness survival. Her works are all permeated with a strong black woman writer of social responsibility and mission.In this paper, I try to discuss Walker's"Feminism"theory and the context of the dual identity of the creative edge about her two novels——"The Color Purple"and"By the light of my father's smile". First, Unique historical background of African Americans and double marginal identity influenced her creation. Next, I try to discuss the black women's awake and resist under the racial oppression and Sex Discrimination. Then, I try to analysis marginal black man who has twisted character by the racial oppression and patriarchy ponder, in the end, they receive the return of human nature. Finally, she uses the Polyphonic Structure and Symbolic Images to carry out the creation.
