Digital Media Art And Design In The Application Of Chinese Elements

With the continuous development of economy, information and technology, the modern art design science has already become acrossed subject that has the digital technology as its base and digital media as its carrier. The combination of art and design has come into a huge digital industry. By the digital technology, the media that was centered by words is moving into a direction of image, video and interaction. This trans-media type digital media art design that is of special art genre and language has become a major expression way for social digital information media in this globalized time. However, at the same the development of the science and technology is changing the expression way of art design, the expression and display of art and culture spirit in different locations. The globalization to some extent dilutes the cultural boundary in some regions and the art design in different countries is inclined to be homogenized. Thinking about this problem caused by the series of modern digital media type art design, I am trying to do some tentative exploration, from the local culture of China, to first analyze the application of the Chinese factor in different design field, second make a comparison of Chinese factor application both in china and abroad and last, from the angle of digital media art design, to choose and analyze the representative caisson pattern factor in the Mogao Grottoes so as further to practice the static design, dynamic design and interactive design in the digital media art design. This essay claims that in order to create some works that have special genre in the digital media art design, the continuous combination and evolution is very important and a better combination between art and technology could create some Psychological formulary, after which the different art and culture genre in different nationality will be showed. This attempt not only shows the digital media art design that is of Chinese traditional cultural genre, but also provides some exploration experience for future digital media art design genres.
