The Relationship Between Competency And Management Performance Of The Manager In An Enterprise

As a cross-cultural common exist phenomena, although the proportion of homosexual is low in the whole population, the absolute amount is not few. In our country, the living condition and the psychological health level of this special group are not obtaining corresponding attention. With the development of awareness of human rights, people have greater expectation and voice for freedom and equality. Meanwhile, homosexuality also gains more attention gradually. However, people have differences views about this special group, and it effects the identification of them and psychological health and so on. While there are some researchers had taken on investigation on this aspect, but few pays attention on the attitude of sense of self, which is more directly, and there are few researches on the interplay between those factors.The paper takes homosexuals as participants, utilizing the method of questionnaire investigation as well as using self-rating Depression Scale,State Anxiety Inventory and the self-created Social Attitude Questionnaire on Homosexuality and Homosexuality Identification Questionnaire as research tools, discussed the situation of homosexuality identification,the sense on social attitude,the level of psychological health and their mutual influence. At the same time, the research investigates the public's attitude on homosexual, compare the attitude of homosexual sense with the real attitude, analysis the differences between them. The results are as following:(1)The self-created Social Attitude towards Homosexual Questionnaire has a high reliability,validity and fitness. The questionnaire consists of three factors contains fourteen items, they are attachment emotion,cognitive status and acceptance intentions.(2)Generally, Homosexual has a well identification. Human who has a better identification tends to come out of closet toward others. Sex exist remarkable differences in the stage of identification and the type of coming out of closet.(3)There have extreme conditions on the social attitude toward homosexual and the attitude which homosexual sensed. But, gradually, they are inclined to positive. The attitude homosexual sensed were significantly better than the real social attitude. In the reality, female,citizens in large city,unmarried,students and people who have a gay friend have a more positive attitude; Homosexuals who are female or have a lower educational level have a more positive sense of attitude.(4)There are remarkable differences on sex,living and educational level in the whole marks of depression. Comparing with the students, non-students are easier in serious depression. No matter of male or female, the level of anxiety are higher than the national norm. The level of anxiety on living and educational degree exist remarkable differences.(5)The more positive social attitude homosexual sensed, the better identification they have; the lower level of depression, the easier the level of anxiety toward norm range.(6)Identity as a perception of social attitudes and mental health contacts the intermediary variables.
