Ink Promotional Film, the animated promotional video, is a short advertising. It is one kind of the ink painting animations which is based on traditional Chinese ink painting and its art style and humanistic connotation originating from traditional Chinese ink painting. This thesis is going to make an in-depth analysis on the source, humanistic connotation and prospect of the Ink Promotional Film as far as such films collections and propose some constructive ideas to the development of the ink promotional film in China in the future.Ink Promotional Film, originating from traditional Chinese ink painting, is the deformation and creative play in the form of traditional ink painting with combination of Chinese traditional Humanities implication and modern art. With the promotional film by CCTV"Believe the Power of Brand - INK"as the representative of the modern ink promotional film, we believe it is full of profound humanistic connotation and cultural taste. Comparison of the similar films abroad, the ink film shoot by Chinese themselves has its own unique philosophy and culture-mean. The Chinese ink painting promotional film with black and white bicolor contains Chinese traditional thought of White and Dark harmony and; the screen image and blank, reflects Chinese people's aesthetic standards of truth or falsity the coexistence; while the reflection of the thought of White and Dark harmony and the aesthetic standards of truth or falsity the coexistence then create an endless, popular realm of art.With the national identity and profound humanistic connotation, the Chinese Ink Promotional film has broad prospect for development. However, due to the high cost of ink film production, lack of talent as well as incomplete of derivatives of the industrial chain, resulting in the conflicts between commercial and artistic which is difficult to be resolved. Therefore, we hope that the state would provide such great support to the ink industrial in industrial policy, talent training, market-led and other aspects that not bring honor to the traditional Chinese outstanding, but create the classic national brand to promote our national image, make the cultural and creative industries in China truly lead the culture and the market and makes the contribution to the revival of Chinese nation.
