This paper is attempted to research Ma Cai's life aesthetic attitude and explored the concept and content of his life aesthetic. Ma Cai's life aesthetic attitude pay more attention to the relationship between aesthetic activity and life. It mainly expressed his thinking about biological self-life, spiritual life and social life. This paper consists of the following four chapters.Chapter 1, we will discuss Ma Cai's aesthetic study history and the fountainhead of his life aesthetic. Ma Cai's aesthetic study will divided into four stages and we will introduce and explain them one by one. Then explain the reasons for his life attitude form two parts which is western life philosophy and ancient Chinese art theory.Chapter 2, In this chapter we will focus on the relationship between the beauty and the life in Ma Cai's life aesthetic attitude. Claiming that the beauty is the mean of the life value, the beauty is the harmonic of the life form and content, and the beauty is the understanding of the life.Chapter 3, In this chapter we will take the beauty in the art as a starting point. We will elaborate relationship between the art and the life in Ma Cai's life aesthetic attitude and separately them into four parts:the philosophy of art is realization of the life, the essence of art is the performance of the life, the appreciation of art is the width and breadth of the life and the art creates a beautiful life.Chapter 4, We will evaluation Ma Cai's life aesthetic attitude. First we will compare and contrast the life aesthetic attitude between Ma Cai and Zong Baihua. Then we will analysis the contributions and limitations of Ma Cai's life aesthetic attitude.
