| Author's abstract, which is an important part of doctoral dissertation and core summary of dissertation, plays a key role in dissertation defense and academic exchange.The thesis briefly stated the origin, composition, features and functions of author's abstract to demonstrate its importance and research value. Using the corpus software-Antconc, the author took statistics, analyzed the language material-author's abstract of Russian literature and language in morphology, syntax and cohesion , summarized commonly used words(abstract noun, gerund, participle, reflexive verb with passive meaning), phrases, sentences, sentence patterns(the impersonal sentences formed by predicate adverb or passive participle and two-part sentence with nominal compound predicate) and cohesive devices(anaphora, logical connectives and lexical repetition). We hope that the research can promote reading, translation and writing of Russian author's abstract, and enrich the Russian linguistics, in particular the theory of genre. |
