Speaking is a basic communication modality of our human life. Sixty thousand years before, human has been having speaking ability, but character only appeared in the last few thousand years. Improving speaking skill for humankind, especially for foreign language learners is very important. In the Chinese oral practice class, teachers use a lot of practice methods, which the final purpose is making learners have more chances to speak Chinese on oral class and improving learner's Chinese level. How to use oral practice methods to make learners can use glossary, grammar is the important problem for teachers.In the last few years, group work-teaching method is much accounted on the world, especially for overseas teaching community, group work is held out by teachers and teaching methodology experts. In the comparison with other teaching methods, it is very easily to make out its advantages and progress. It can make an important point in improving interactive degree of class, reducing learner's anxiety, increasing speaking rate, getting more chances of communication, inspiring positivity etc.Experts also admit the effect of group work on oral practice, but how to use group work? Group work include in what processes? How to handle to make it exert effect? In the process of using group work, what is often happened? These problems have not matured by the experts yet.In my graduation paper, I inspected in Chinese class at Hanoi National University-University of Social Science and Humanities, and carried out the survey questionnaire for Chinese learners to study about the actuality of using group work in Chinese class, then design every step for group work process, this provides some group work examples from textbook content, and research more about some problems in using group work in Chinese oral practice and their solutions. This can be references for every Chinese teacher.In the conclusion, group work, student-centered method, in the comparison with other teaching methods has much more advantages, but to make group work get more effects, teacher should design intensive, put in practice skillfully and control throughout the process, this demands that we have to study and explore comprehensively in group work research.
