Chinese culture has developed for five millenniums, and has bred rich traditionaladministrative ethical thoughts, in order to establish and improve the Chineseadministration ethical thoughts system, we have to comb the traditional administrativeethics thinking history."Zeng Guofan Letter" is considered as the peak of the Chineseparental instruction, which collects Zeng Guofan's official wisdom and containes lotsof administrative ethical thoughts.The research of traditional administrative ethical thoughts began quite late, butactually has received more and more attention from the domestic educational world inrecent years.
