In the era of business management, human resources development is the lifeline. Serving as both an important business content and component of professional development and career development, the development of human resource is the essential to the survival and development of modern enterprises.Colleges and universities, with its staff mainly of higher education, have their unique way of career planning and management. League cadres, a profession with Chinese characteristics, play a special role in the daily management of the school has a special status.This paper reviews the concerned theory of career planning and management studies of the domestic and foreign scholars, and makes an analysis of cadres'career planning mechanisms in J Institute of Technology, combining with the growing rule of talent. This paper firstly summarizes the work features of cadres in J Institute of Technology and then lists the status quo of faculty career planning mechanisms, and figures out the main problems of League cadres'career planning mechanisms as follows:(1) career planning group of cadres are conducted by the individual and schools respectively; (2) career planning is mainly experience-based. Finally, this thesis analyzes some unfavorable factors and proposes some Ideas and suggestions of completing cadres'career planning mechanisms in J Institute of Technology.
