On National Defense Students In The Context Of Our Military Transformation Culture

With the background of deep development of the new world revolution in military affairs and the transformation of the military construction from mechanization to information technology, the military talent plays a key role during the process to achieve this transformational objectives, while the military transformation also proposes new and higher requirements of the military talent training.As an important supplementary source of our military talents, our national defence students has an important strategic position in the process of military transformation,facing both opportunities and challenges. Therefore, under the background of our millitary transformation, it has great and important practical significance to deep understand present condition of our national defence students training, to learn the developed country's successful experience relying on national education experience in training military talents, then to point out the problems during the process and discuss the training strategy.In the context of military transformation, military personnel training should focus on the goals of thick basis, strong ability and high quality to achieve the transformation on the concept of talent training, structure and specifications. Restructuring national defense training is the strategic choice of our military, national defense must have good political and ideological qualities, high scientific and cultural qualities, solid military quality, excellent physical and mental quality, strong innovation quality. Currently, we have established a perfect system of cultivation on the national defense training whose size is expanded continuously and quality improved greatly.However there are still some problems such as weak military quality,weak sense of dedication to national defense, unoptimized personnel training program and insufficient academic motivation. In order to meet the needs of our military transformation, we must establish the concept of elite education, pay attention to the quality of the training complex, emphasize the cultivation of information literacy, and highlight the innovative ability of the exercise. Under the context of military transfornation,the path and method of national defense training is a systematic project,which need from the perspective of the strategy to improve the policies and regulations and systems and the national defense training institutions,strengthen the military and political quality, implementation the elimination system; highlight the key universities in the cultivation; deepen the reform on national defense training, improve personnel training programs, strengthen innovation of the management system, deepen the reform of teaching contents and curriculum, teaching methods and means,strengthen leadership training; exploring joint training of military academies and national defends; strengthen the cultivation of convergence with the education institutions discussing the form of cooperation.
