In recent years development of Internet technology in China is rapidly maturing, while network media on the role of Chinese foreign policy has become increasingly evident. The strong trend is not only showing the past 30 years China's diplomatic effective change, but also reflects the globalization of the media in the information carried out under the guidance of the change. In fact, since the date of the birth of media , political decision-making is on the inextricably linked with the media. As an integral part of political decision-making foreign policy decisions are naturally affected by the online media. Based on the description of the concept of network media, the evolution of Chinese foreign policy-making mechanism since the reform and opening up and globalization of information, the article detailed analysis of the network media on the impact of foreign policy.On the basis of an analysis of the diplomatic behavior and two distinctive coverages of foreign affairs occurred since 2010 by network media, the article interpretes the role of network media as a source of decision-making, policy debate platform, public opinion and foreign policy implementation participants.Ultimately summarized the two conclusions, namely, the nature of network media determines their different effects on China's foreign policy and different types of foreign policy will be differently effected by network media.
