Instead the securities brokers have not the explicitly legal status. 2009 April 13,The provisional regulations of the administration of securities broker has carried out,which is the first team specializing in securities broker established rules. For securities broker's qualification certificate and behavior,rights and legal status,etc. are all made specific provision. Because of the regulations promulgated for implementation,China securities broker industry established good legal basis on the development of norms. But any law has its hysterics Which is existing so problems,such as the lower securities broker thresholds,personal conduct non-standard,poor credit,the form of the joint liability limit too little,not serious on the securities broker's violation of punishment,even appearing the malignant competition. It will not only have damage on the securities companies and investors,but also seriously disturbs the order of the securities market. In addition,relative securities companies,the securities brokers are the disadvantaged groups. Securities broker's rights also need protection. But the rights for the securities brokers also lack corresponding legal norms.This subject is divided into four main parts.
