Study On The Shift Of Rural Land Contracted Managerial Right

"Agriculture,Country and Farmer"are very important to our country, and our country pay much attention on this issue. As we all know, land is the essential issue of"Agriculture,Country and Farmer", Shift of Rural Land Contracted Managerial Right is an effective mechanism of stimulating land system. Researching of this question possess important theory and urgent practice need.At first ,I introduce Rural land contracted managerial right, including its concept and characters; secondly, I turn to the shift of Rural land contracted managerial right, the necessary of the shift and its characters ; thirdly, I point out the obstacles in the shift of Rural land contracted managerial right, not only the obstacles in law but also in practice. At last, to solve these obstacles, I give some advises, both on the law and in practice.
