Collegiate system is a basic system on the field of justice. Its effects status of the levele of the rule of law directly,.It has an important position in the construction of law in China and is also of great value on the judicial reform.Collegiate system has the basic characteristics of many participation, equal participation, joint decision-making and independent trials. Compared with a sole system, it advantages of collective wisdom, inhibition of subjective bias, to prevent the abuse of judicial power, judicial democracy and other systems. Collegiate system has been generally become an important symbol of civilization. This arcital describes the general style of the UK, the U.S. collegiate system and the operation of the French situation. However in China, the collegiate system in the implementation process shows many defects, mainly as Hypotaxis real independence, judicial separation, the phenomenon of judicial corruption abound, which leading to the collegial system can not play its inherent advantages. Through analysising to find that the traditional culture of the rule of law, judicial administration and the mode of operation, the implementation of the System of handling the case, broad powers of the Judicial Committee of the collegiate system and other factors leading to ineffective implementation of the important reasons. On this basis, the paper proposes a reform of administration and the mode of operation, the System of handling the case of reform, reform of the judicial committee system and the system of bribery prosecution of some specific recommendations.In short, this article analysis from the concept of collegial system, history and research aspects of running status, and then on the collegiate system, the difficulties faced in China, and finally, the collegial system of reform put forward their own suggestions.I hope that I can provide some reference in development and improvement of collegiate system.
