As a result, famers cannot get effective relief current by law when they suffer violation of their right to know.Issue concerning agriculture,Countryside and farmers is a top concern during the eleventh five-year programm. The issue concerns national quality, economic development, social stability, national prosperity and resurrection. Paying great attention to the issue, the central government is blowing the clarion for the all-around deveopment of agriculture,Countryside and farmers by declaring the twelveth five-year programm. In such a contrext a discussion about farmer consumers'right to know from perspective of laws will get more significance.Analyzing the current situation of protection of right of our farmer consumers, the thesis states the particularity of farmer consumers'range in which to produce and consume as well as the value of protection of their right to know, trying to seek the legal and realistic cause when the right is violated. By analyzing the related stipulations of Law of the People's Republic of China on the Protection of Consumers'Rights and Interests, the thesis attempts to find out the deficiency of our legislation. With the legislation completion as its focus, the thesis will discuss how to provide farmer consumers with multi-demensional protection in terms of government, the social third party and famers themselves.The thesis is divided into three parts. On the basis of analysis that our protection system is deficient, the part invesgates the way to provide farmer consumers with multi-demensional protection in terms of legislation completion, administrative and social third party protection, as well as strenthening ability to avoid violation of their right.
