On China's Constitutional Review System

The system for the constitutional review is a hot issue for the scholars in academic research as the promotion of China's democratic and legal society construction. Reach on the system for the constitutional review has made great achievements.But, it is also a real problem that China's constitutional review system is still in urgent need of reformation, whose theoretical support is still not suffent. It is still necessary for the scholars to spend time discussing the relevant issues of China's constitutional review system in the research of science of constitution.This paper makes a normative analysis on the facts of China's constitutional view, a comparative analysis on subjects of different modes, a value analysis and positive analysis on the China's constitutional review system, to point out the theoretical dispute, the China's constitutional review case; and opportunity for its development.Chapter 1, Conceptual Analysis.
