The principle of Good Faith is known as the "imperial civil field terms," throughout, guiding the civil and commercial activities. Because of the difference of legal system, nations' historical background, cultural tradition, legal development course and economic mode, the principle practices variously in the course of legislation and judicature. Based on the summarization and discussion of the specific connotation and value orientation of the principle, combining the frequent "trust crisis" situation of our country, this article is to put in a fundamental way to solve the "trust crisis", namely, the legalization road of the principle "Good Faith".This article is divided into four parts. The first part is mainly to analyze the connotation of the principle, and summarize its origin and development. Through comparative analysis, we can understand the meaning of faith principle. Also there is a reflection of the origin and development so as to have a better understand of the principle.The second part emphatically introduces the value orientation and system running of the principle, and clearly indicates its inevitability of establishment and the limitation of application in civil field. Through summarizing the value and limitation, we can better understand the reason of a relatively slow development.The third part introduces the concrete developments in exile legal system, and introduces mainly the characteristics and operation of the United States credit management legal system. China's now vigorously develop its market economy, and simultaneously aware of the tremendous potential of developing credit economy. Its known to all that the management legal system is a recognized one and it provides us a very good reference in the credit management legislation.The fourth part, emphatically discusses the serious lack of honesty confidence crisis, and emphatically analyzes the trust crisis in the food safety field, legislative and judicial problems, then puts forward the way to embody, legislate the principle of good faith.
