Study On The Problem Of Peasants' Quality In The New Rural Construction

The importance of agriculture, rural areas and farmers are the consistent key state strategies in our country. The core problem of new socialist countryside is the farmers in which the essential part is the problem of farmer quality. The farmers'quality standard has been linking the pace of new rural areas construction. At present, Farmers'quality obviously influences and restricts the development of our national economy overall strategic layout. And it has been the social stratum high attention of our party and government. Objectively describe the quality of Chinese farmer is not only a profound theoretical significance, but also has far-reaching practical significance.This thesis is making a preliminary research on the problem of peasants' quality under the background of new rural construction. There are three main chapters in the thesis. Chapter one mainly discusses the quality, the quality of the peasants, and the concept of building a new socialist countryside and the importance of improving the quality of the farmers to the significance of building a new socialist countryside. Chapter two analyzes the problems and reasons which could be the formation of peasants'quality from the perspectives of ideas, concept of legality, cultural level,technology level and health condition. Chapter three is the strategies and suggestions of improving the quality of peasants in the new socialist countryside construction. The analysis is from ways of strengthening the construction of ideology and morality, striving to develop the scientific and cultural undertakings in rural areas, strengthening rural society construction and many other aspects of the exploratory discussion.
