Inner-Party Democracy Building

The idea that Inner-Party Democracy is a life of the CPC was proposed in the 16th National Congress of the CPC. This has reflected that the CPC has realized deeply the important meaning of constructing Inner-Party Democracy in new period. Developing inner-party democracy has great theory and practice meaning on improving the ability of administration of the Party and keeping the advance of the CPC. Taking the time as the thread,Through analyze the theory and practice meaning of previous national congress of CPC sine the Founding which try to draw regular understanding about constructing inner-party democracy. Summing up the history experience and enlightenment of inner-party democracy-building from all previous national congress of CPC since the foundation of China, it will offer certain theory for CPC to build Inner-Party Democracy of the distinct Chinese characteristics.This thesis begins to analyze the contribution with the sole point of inner-party democracy in previous national congress of PRC sine the founding .It uses comparison analytic method, history analytic method and documentary method as the research technique.This thesis is divided into four parts altogether.Part one: Exploration the inner-party democracy connotation. Account the position of the national party congress. Analyze the relations of the inner-party democracy and the national party congress.Part two: It discourses exploration of inner-Party democracy building on NCCPC from the foundation of China to reform and open. It analyzes the important exploration of inner-Party on the 8th NCCPC, the tortuous development of inner-Party democracy building on the 9th and the 10th NCCPC and the comeback of inner-Party democracy building on the 11th NCCPC. It discourses the contribution of National Congress of the CPC, from the 12th to the 17th on inner-Party democracy building, in theory as well as practice.Part three: Describes inner—party's democratic existing problem. Part four: sum up the experience and enlightenment that the previous National Congress of CPC makes to inner- Party democracy building since the foundation.
