On Ideological And Political Education Of Marketing Team Construction Of Enterprise

Along with foundation and development of Chinese-type socialist market economic system, enterprise in the social economy plays a more and more important role. As the cell of social economy, enterprise assumes important social responsibility. Marketing is an important content in enterprise management; it plays a fundamental role in enterprise management. Modern enterprise environment is normalization, globalization, humanism, enterprise is facing increasingly fierce competition, the traditional personal marketing model is being replaced by modern team marketing model. If all enterprises want rapid development, enterprises urgently need to found efficient marketing team. Efficient marketing team can contact personal goal with team objective, improve enterprise employees'Identity and cohesion, set up modern marketing concept, coordinate different kinds of interest relationship. Ideological and political education to enterprise has important strategic significance, ideological and political education provides spiritual motivation and intelligence support for enterprise. In order to establish efficient marketing team enterprises should strengthen ideological and political education and make full use of Ideological and political education on value orientation and thinking assurance role, so that enterprises can achieve development strategy and build core competitiveness.This paper mainly makes research on ideological and political education of marketing team construction of enterprise. The purpose is to dig new carrier of ideological and political education in enterprise, make analysis about the role of ideological and political education to enterprise, explore ways to contact ideological and political education with marketing team construction.As the author of this paper , I hope all my research can deepen ideological and political education in enterprise management and offer some useful ways for ideological and political education to close to enterprise marketing management, so that it may improve the effectiveness and relevance of ideological and political education in enterprises.
