The trial level system is an important part of action system. With the establishment of social market economy system, China's level system has been unfit in with modern social system. Therefore, it is quite necessary to make it reformed. Civil trial level system ensures that a civil case could be reexamined under normal circumstances. And to realize maximum efficiency and equality is the fundamental goal of this system. But there are still some problems in China's current two-level civil trial level system. It cannot meet the requirements of various civil cases. Therefore, this essay proposes that a new civil trial level system should be established, which primarily takes the third instance as the final, supported by first instance as the final.
